Buffalo Sabres can clinch the Northeast Division...:

if they defeat the Montreal Canadiens ..
AND the Ottawa lose in regulation to the Islanders

In Western Conference

Chicago Blackhawks can clinch the Central Division..if the Detroit Red Wings lose in regulation to Nashville

Nashville Predators can clinch a playoff berth if they get at least one point against the Detroit Red Wings

The Nashville have clinched a playoffspot with a 4-3 overtime win against Detroit.
