My wife was telling me about this suicide video of a girl hanging herself.I seen the video I don't believe it even after searching many links.The info I see and read looks like a drama setup story.Is she alive or dead?

Her name was Katelyn Nichole Davis and she was indeed 12 year old. She lived with her mother in Silver Creek, Polk County, Georgia, USA. She was a student at Cedartown Middle School. She hanged herself on December 30, 2016.

I saw the video and it looks real , however it is taped at what appears to be be during sunset or moonlight in the background, neaning it's dark
With some light shining through the dark and the tree she hanged off of ,,, but unless it's some sort of very good staging of a hanging,, at first
glance, it looked pretty real to me
