Fire Box - STB Emulator - IPTV ::Problems::

Hi guys this is my first time posting here. I was recommended here by someone to get my subscription to IPGUYS which all went well and was paid for and delivered my MAC. I'm using a Fire TV Box not the stick. I'm using STB Emulator Pro and I have the MX Player Pro also installed. My reseller gave me some instructions which I followed and redone 4 times over and I finally just have to ask for some help before I lose my mind. After putting their URL Portal in and saving and restarting the app the screen just goes black. I can go into settings and play around all I want but nothing ever appears. Does anyone have any experience with this set up to contact me and walk me through what I may be doing wrong?

Update......I think I have the issue resolved...still a work in progress. I have TV but no channel guide.

Update.....Used another version and still no channel guide.

STB 0.9.03 the latest version. And the latest version of MX for my player.

I have IPTV finally working but no channel guide.

UPDATE:: Now on 0.8.04 after it was recommended by another member here. Same problem persist

Basically when I click on TV then ENGLISH it goes black....I can use my Fire TV remote to click up and down blindly and hit select and a channel starts playing just fine.

26460I found version 5 was by far the best emu on firestick and firetv. Others glitched and did weird chit before losing all the typed in info when unplugged.

Well I thank you so much for your help! But I am still faced with the exact same problem. If I hit TV - ENGLISH it will go into the last channel I watched but when I hit back to view the guide its just a blank BLACK screen. If I hit back one more time it goes back to the main menu. Also when I am watching a channel if I hit BACK twice really fast I can see the GUIDE right before it takes me back to the main screen.....I must be so close :(

Any other thoughts? I paid for this sub and really want to make it work as the sub I just left has really let me down. It doesn't have anything to do with the portal url correct?

UPDATE.......when going from the live channel feed pressing back which should go to the guide but for me its a black screen, when pressing forward from here I get the channel guide I'm on along with whats on next.....just no live channel guide still

I didn't install a mxplayer on any of the firetv testing l have done versions 5 to 8. Hit ok to go to menu screen from full screen.

DUDE!!!! Thank you so much! It had something to do with the media player. I switched to auto and boom its working perfect now! Thank you for all your help!

You may have to switch from auto to jlk for on demand cinema.
