Being only 19 yrs old maybe he`s just practicing in Napanee to perfect driving on the shoulder of the Gardiner so he`ll miss most of the bigger potholes. Or possibly he figures if his car is airborne he`ll fly over the potholes on the 400.

He was driving a 2016 BMW so I don`t think "fining" is his biggest problem.

He`s 19 in Ontario...meaning can have have nothing to drink at all....anything in his system is an automatic conviction.

You`re right they`re probably hoping his insurance will put the clamps on him before he takes out some innocents.

i'm sure daddy's lawyers will take care of it, i highly doubt the kid can afford that car on his own and if he can good for him and doesn't mind paying the tickets.
