firestick problem

got me a firestick that is going bonkers, hit a button once(say in settings)and it'll go all the way to last setting without stopping at the other settings, or if your on home and hit down button it goes all the way to settings, unplugged several times no help, can this stick be repaired?

main problem was power supply, was using usb, switched to ac(alternating current), had done factory reset, mistake loaded 17 , not liking it

I'm assuming Kodi 17 which requires Android 5.0 or higher as the minimum version to run. If you have lower than Android 5.0, Kodi 17 will not run properly.

using a firestick, got 17 working , after I loaded ares wizard and ares build, liken it now, took me 4 hrs , guess I need more practice
