Hi I just wanted to point out that Tutu's north is up, has to be your end, have you tried a hard reboot.
Tutu's north has no issues, and the same for south.

Yes , I have hard rebooted 5 times . South is up and working . North was pixelating several days ago and went down .

Also , I have heard this many times before , that it has to be on my end . It always turns out to be NOT on my end

Normally pixelating is a sign of a weak signal not server issues. What is your signal strength on north.? Do you hear sound on the channels on satellite 82?

Yes, South is up, but North is down
