Just recently am not getting signals on horizontal trans.but vertical is ok. Does anyone know if this is lnb related or a wire problem.???

It could be a DC power problem, what brand/type of LNB(s) are you using.
If they are the DC voltage polarity switching type then your not getting the +18 volts needed to switch to the Horizontal transponders.
On some LNB's they use +14 volts for switching to the Vertical transponders and +18 volts to switch to the Horizontal transponders.
If the receivers power supply is working correctly (this can be checked with a volt meter) then it could be a switch or coax problem.
If it's a coax problem then the coax may be attenuating the DC voltage too much due to corrosion at a connector, the switching voltage for the "H" transponders is from 17.5 volts DC to 19.5 volts DC, if under 17 volts then all you will get is the "V" transponders.
The same goes for any legacy switch, if the DC voltage for the "H" transponders is below spec then all you will get is the "V" transponders.
What type of lnb are you using?
