When I change channels they are on and off. It takes about 10-15 sec to load each channel. If a channel is not working it say "bad or no signal". When i go to cp24 and then cnn it works but when i go back to cp24 it doesn't works again. If I go to another channel like tlc and than back to cp24 it works.
As well not all channels work I have scanned a few times and I did a factor reset.

The box that we have was preloaded when we got it.
We don't have any other receivers.
As far as I know the motor is not active
I don't know what switch settings are.
All of these issues started when my 2 year old did something to the settings.

Well, there you go!--operator error. Switch settings are in part of the dish installation menu. I would expect that the LNB LO was changed--it should be 11.250 GHz I think. If the channel eventually comes in, it implies that the correct LNB is being selected, but if the LNB LO is set incorrectly the tuner may be able to do a search through a wide enough range to find the TP. Course it could be any of the dish settings.

I dont have access to a t5 so I am going by memory
You need to lose that dp separator and run cable straight to rcvr Make sure the power switch is off in back of t5 when doing this.
Lnb type will be dishpro If there is a dishpro twin in settings use it If not just use dishpro
Turn diseq on and assign 91 to port 1 ,82 to port 2

try changing to single LNB 's, not sure , but think, they don't work on your receiver had the same problem, those LNB's need to use a separator to your receiver and that needs 2 in's to connect 2 and your receiver has 1 in and 1 out hope this helps
