iks with internet provider

need help every couple of days my dreamlink t6 and nano hd pining the server could it be the internet provider I got , I got eastlink internet , I even change my dish and cable and still no go ,

It sounds like he's blessed with the "bad data" issue.

I had to factory reset my T6 4 times before it did a good hard reset. So if you can do that and set it all back up again. You will know when you get a good factory reset as just before the screen you set the time zone it was ask if you want to change any video settings. If you just wait that message will go away and you can continue to set up the box as if it were new.

when i pings are you getting kick off your iks service?

are you leaving it on 1 channel and never turning off the box? i thought once before people had said don't leave it on and on one channel for a long time because there system thinks your re streaming and will lock you out or ban you
