I have two donations with Profinity active till mid Sept/2017 and things were working fine with my Mag245s but now I'm unable to connect to their server for the past couple days? Things were working fine and then no connection and no response to my PMs sent to Profinity the other day. What the heck is going on with Profinity does anyone know and can someone please PM me Profinitys support website info. Tks.
I have nfps IPTV and it`s working fine so nothing has changed on my end my Mag settings are fine.

I`m having the same issue and cannot connect for past couple days with two Mag254s something is terribly wrong at Profintys end. No respond to PMs sent to Profinity this is not looking good. Does anyone have any helpful info about this.

few months ago Profinity was down for 3=4 days... no answer from them. They said at the time they were taking weekends off to be with family..... who knows maybe they are spending family time.

Has anyone heard anything. The server is down not some or all the channels. Can someone that is in contact with the owners of this service please give us a hint at what is going on. I have paid them for two connections through till December.

i too have not heard from them..............but with fingers crossed i think they just went away on holiday and there system might have go down..........we just have to wait for them to get back.......


its not like there a big company with 25 employees.....

Unfortunately sometimes these things happen..it's a Gray market product for a reason..users burn, resellers burn, restreamers burn. Nothing is for sure but we shall see

Check the profinity website and it as the xtreame logo and the profinity logo is gone.

Changing logo may look bad but same was done when he changed his site from Profinity to Myiptv

If xtream took them over then the smart thing for them to do is to honor the existing prof subs

xtream codes is just software for panels for iptv streaming and or hosting of the panel
it could be simple as the panel miss configured or got corrupted or was not paid

The warning signs were posted all over the forum. Looks like they made one last money grab before the exit. This game doesn't refund your money, nor care whether you received service. It always has and always will be.....buyer beware.

That's the name of the game....if you want to deal with a service that will gurantee you to give you your money back (or at least pro-rate it) get a legal sub.

Like Dell posted if anyone had done their homework and read about his service would of known this is not the first time they did this and probaly won't be the last time just change the name of your service and back up people need to read between the lines and take the warnings from people who had been in this game for a long time.. I was beating my head against the wall this time around warning people about this service and like i said do research and find out what is what before ordering any service..
