129 Dish Gone Where is ....

In october 2016 I install the antenna to dish 129 and very good,
and now jully 2017 If I check to dish setting 129.0 W Ciel, Nothing

I tried with 2 other receiver and nothing...

Where is the 129 is the satellite change to place or have another name...
