what order number are you using? I was not given one, only a usercode and password.

I've tried every combination of usercodes, email address and password. Keeps saying incorrect information. ????

wrong forum? what??? I'm confused. What forum do you think this should be under then? It's called Rocket Discussions. This thread is discussing checking rocket codes. I cannot get the code checker to work. I require help with that. Forums are for asking questions and hoping a knowledgeable person replies. Again does anyone know how to check the codes? I've tried email and usercode. I was not given an order number. thanks in advance

FYI - problem was Internet Explorer. I used Google Chrome and it worked
