I'm having issues withdrawing funds from my limited paypal account. They will only let me link a bank account. I'm having issues trying to do it. Please don't answer publicly in the forum. Please PM me. Thanks

If it is one you made up with phony name and they have limited it so that you can not send funds - then I think you will have a major problem getting the funds out.
If it is your real name the quickest way is to link a bank account.

I know you said don't answer publicly - but there is no secret info here - just general knowledge that others may want to read.
