How to enter the "underscore" "_"

My username includes an "underscore" for example: piper_a

On the keyboard I see no "undersore" key....

Anyone know of a way to enter the "underscore"

not knowing what your keyboard looks like but most are shift minus symbol

The keyboard I am referring to is the keyboard on the Jynxbox...

if you're using a remote with onscreen keyboard try changing screens
you're not much help looking for help...lol

I went out and purchased a Keyboard with the usb plug on it....

Plugged it into usb port on Jynx, did not work, rebooted Jynxbox several times, changed usb ports several times and still doesn't work...

Tried usb keyboard on my PC and it works...

Any suggestions as to where I can go from there...

I can't get the "underscore" ( _ ) using the onscreen keyboard, it doesn't show on the onscreen keyboard, and the keyboard plugged into usb port doesn't work....

there's more than one screen
you have to press symbols
