T5 Not connecting to Server

I just got my T5 in and I am having an issue getting the server info to take. So after digging around I found the software Make2Dream_T5 and input my correct info and it still will not connect. I just get scrambled channel alert. Now when I use make2dream and input all my info save that to the dreamlink and go into the server settings is the DES Key suppose to be populated cause mine is not. Any help would be appreciated.

OK thank you herkimerjerkimer. Yes I have input everything correct as well as copy and pasted it with the Make2Dream read someone on here had an issue connecting and tried server 5 and was able to connect no luck for me though. I do get server can't connect currently have a subscription with b3viks does not expire till September.

pm your reseller and ask him to check his end

Puting all your info.in the server settings is very tricky take your time and make sure you do it rite...
Do a factory reset before and after you load files..

Thanks guys and herkimerjerkimer you were right on the money. The url changed to the server got the new info and channels worked right away.
