code checker

when i try to use the code checker after renewing two codes it tells me the info i am using is not recognized.using order number and and code from email they sent me.codes are working but wonder why the i cannot use code checker.not critical but bothersome. thaks

had the same issue. problem was Internet Explorer. Use Google Chrome. Works perfectly
