I purchased a subscription to b4281 server and scanned 82 and 91 but only have about 200 channels listed but this servers list show over 700 b3v what a am I doing wrong on scans I used auto scan

Well, you COULD check what TP various channels are on by using one of the easy to find channel lists on the web, see what TP you are getting and which you are not--could be you do not have the TP SR settings correct, could be you don't have the required tuner module--hard to say from what you have posted. BTW, admitting you are doing an illegal act on a web site is not a good idea.
