Sat 129 signal problems

Hey guys wondering why i cant get blue on sat 129...when i scan some tps are blue but tp 12.516 is red 24 percent...is an lnb bad or what? Current dish 1000.2 just had someone come align the dish after i got a roof done but even before wasnt getting good signal on 129

It could be a location problem if you didn't have a good signal before, 129W has a funny footprint, at some locations you could use a 10 inch dish, other locations a 39 to 48 inch dish would be needed.

I'm almost right under 129 but need a 39 inch dish for a good fade free signal.

It could also be a DC power problem as most FTA receivers can't power the Dish 1000 LNB (for very long) as it is a power hog.
