Reciever wont save Sub info

Hi all , Been testing for many years now , Im runnung a Mega TVI SHD 3000

I just purchased New Rockets sub and when i go into entering all the info into the Server setup and enter the server URL , it wont save it , it automatically defaults to the old one , also when i enter the DES Key , it wont save that either , it goes back to 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

any suggestions ?

Thanks jvvh5897 , i recall i had this same problem about 1 year ago , was a mess , had to bring my reciever into a pro to do it , But i will try later this evening again
