epg not populate

I try to load epg on a linkbox 9000i local, i try everything, hit favorite button, reboot, but nothing load in epg. When i scan with favorite button, it seem to load but when i open epg nothing in there. HELP!

In most cases you have to be on a specific TP frequency on a specific satellite to get EPG--they do not carry the info on every satellite and TP. I don't know off hand which you need to bev, but you should be able to locate that pretty easy. Any of the channels on the required TP will start the box pulling in the data.
