DL T6 error mesg

I have a DL T6 and get Message E-02 error msg when booting...it wont go further that this.
It was working OK at one time...but now seems ???
I tried to hold Volume up/down when booting ..but..NO luck.
Tried to insert a USB but nothing.
Any help ??
