iptv with vpn router

Anyone know if iptv will work with a vpn,meaning that ip will be different from time to time.
I have been told that android and mag might be blocked by iptv supplier if ip change.

It depends on the server,some dont use ip

Most providers only need your box's MAC address to access their service. Therefore, it is possible to see IPTV through a VPN.

I know for sure IPGuys accept different IPs.

The only ones I know of that don't accept a vpn are rocket,nfps and iks 66
