Hi there my friend is running ok2 and was all fine but as of last Thurs have asked on server panel for mac id to be reset still waiting as he has no tv still having same issue. He is running a Stellr Black box with Android 4.42 on machine and he has done a factory reset and put a newer version of Stb emulator on box but still getting the same message. Does anyone here have access to reset mac id's would like his box going gain just the one person from server panel doing this. Have seen from other sites people getting this message also please ok2 lets fix this problem. Also anyway to add the day he has lost t.v onto his account.
