buzz 3000 timer record

I played around with the timer record and it works great!!
I selected a show from epg last night and simply hit the record button(red)
For playback you hit the menu button(three lines) and and select the show
Right now I am using the internal storage until i pull out my external hard drive
I will test recording to external drive this weekend when i find my power supply
The team are currently working on perfecting the live record

Any updates on recording with external? When I try, I am unable to select external, it seems to force on internal.

How long of a program are you able to record with that size friend? Would it be able to handle say a 2:30 to 3 hour long program.. Just asking because I know some 720P feeds can be large in size from 3-8 gigs depending on quality of feed

I'm not able to input channel number when trying to record. The default channel is 0 and when trying to change it, it won't let you. When I back out to menu and input a channel number under the pvr section, its deletes itself once you click out of the channel number input field under the pvr menu

sorry i didnt pay attention to what was left on the drive Ive just been using it to record one hour shows
Ill record a couple of shows tonight and check in the morning

Got the hdd figured out. It's really just plug and play. working fine with a 250gb 3.0 external. Also epg works very well and records the whole program no problem. As long as the show appears on the EPG. Manual recording is where the problems seem to lie.
