scanning 119, 110

Haven't been able to get a proper DN scan.
TP scan using Lyngsat data doesn't work.
Anyone know what the problem might be or how to fix it?

Thanks.
Did a manual scan and got a good result, but now I've got a worse problem.
Couldn't get server working on north after scanning that in as well and
couldn't get reloaded old channel scans to work either, so I did a factory reset.
Now it's locked in a reboot cycle (boot, LoAd, rEbo again and again).
Is it toast? I don't what would remedy this.
Power off and letting it cool down isn't helping.
