Neighbour says that price is completely inaccurate. No such package as unlimited. A 1 year account is way way less money than you mentioned for a month. Service is UP also and not DOWN. He also does respond to emails and so I believe you are talking about a completely different server. Please get facts straight before posting inaccurate info

Neighbour says right now if you want south there is not as many choices as in the past and this server is a good choice for the money
