Good old CUBE cable one of the very first Cable service in the US installed around Columbus, Ohio.
It was not long after these came out it was discovered that they were ridiculously easy to hack by cracking the case open and sticking a paper clip into a terminal. EVERYBODY had a paper clip sticking out the side for free premium, channels.
