I am really starting to like OK2 because of their very superior picture but what bugs me that the OK2 exclusive channels seems to constantly freeze (258-269). Just to let you know. The Sky Movie channels are also like that to..but to be fair, that also occurs with other services as well.

I don't tune into them as much as our friend here, atleast once a day but it seems he tunes in 24/7. And rightfully so, this particular package on OK2 is very good, the advertisements not so good but the programming is excellent. They really have some stuff on there and the sports content is great.

If our friend here only tunes into this package and he sees something off, you can't expect him to comment about TSN, CNN or HBO. After the USA/Canada and UK packages, the Balkans is the best out of all the rest, even the Portuguese.

No other iptv services out there I know of have this package and this same package, the Balkans, is helping to keep OK2 at being the best.

1265 is freezing quite bad..
However, 1177 is perfectly smooth on my end (at least for the 5 minutes I kept it there).

there are some channels up fyi 142 global tv , and the movies appear to be working. This appears to be the same problem they had 2 days ago when they blamed a power outage

Your right.. I didn't realize the number change earlier this afternoon, so I just cut&paste it from my previous post. I know it is very similar to 126 Global East HD in terms of programming, but the NEWS are different, since one is Montreal local news, and the other is Toronto. Even though the Toronto one has been pretty stable, the Montreal one has been up & down quite often lately. And when it's up, sometimes it glitches. Funny enough, the 146 CTV (MTL) channel has been pretty stable.

Well, it is 146 now (146 GLOBAL HD (MTL)), and it is down again as of earlier this evening. Started glitching (repeating same 10 second clip over and over), and then just went offline.
This time, so is (125 Global East HD) [which used to be 126]..

I got it, I am using Group Channel Numbering on Z7+ and ch. # is 947. If I turn it off, it is 948.

Channels get renumbered occasionally. Global MTL was 149 last week.. Then it was 147, and today I see it as 146.

I don't know how the Z7+ deals with Group Channels and if it tried to store something on a local cache. Could be it saves the ChannelID, but then saves some of the metadata like old channel number or something.

I'm assuming you tried to reboot your box ?

I just tried on STB Emu, and pink pedia shows up as 947 under "ALL" and same under "Balkans". So no difference with Group Channel filtering on or off. 948 I think was Pink Plus.

Some channels have different number depending if you have Group Cnannel Numbering on or off on z7+.

Viasat Explorer is 994 right now if the numbering is off and 947 if it is on.

Like Emporium mentioned, must be something with z7+ cache.

I have an OTA antenna (CM4228HD on the roof), but sometimes, it is so bad, that even the OTA channels are glitchy. In Montreal, it is tricky, because it depends on what area on the island you are in in reference to the mountain, In some cases you can't get anything on OTA. In my case, it's not too bad, but they've recently built some new condo buildings which have created a lot of blockage/interference. And in the late evening, when the planes are landing one after the other, they seem to create a lot of signal reflection, I guess due to the approach path.

The occasional OTE Cinema (GR) channel works ok (#1 has no video, just audio right now), but the sports ones for the most part are unwatchable still :(

Last month I was using OK2 with STB Emu and for the most part, it was aligned..
And now, I'm using it with the Apk, and also for the most part it is fine.. OK there are a few channels where the EPG makes no sense (I think it is using some unrelated matching), but for the most part it is perfectly aligned.

Exactly. If the claimed they where problem free why would they have a thread for channel issues??? At least they are trying to address the issues

In future if there are any channel issues please pm me and not post in the open forum. In some cases the receiver id is showing and the source provider then shuts it down I will still forward all issues to ok2
