How do I contact the Admins to start offering my services ?

I have sent PM to two users that I thought were admins, they showed the word VIP under their avatar pictures
but so far no response from them

i guess they are not the admins

but i have seen their avatars for so many years, they should at least point me to who the admins are to send them email or PM

i am interested in offering my services like the others here, let me know if this is possible
