View Full Version : OK2 - Support Ticket problem
There seems to be a problem with their Support Tickets. I created 2 Tickets on Nov 18 and just noticed that I didn't get a reply to either one yet.
I also created a new one today - it says it was submitted - but when I check the "Manage Tickets" - it is not showing there.

If you have a problem with OK2 you can ask your reseller - and if they can't help they can send a Support Ticket directly to the OK2 guys asking for assistance. It's a nice support feature that I wish all IPTV services had.

should be good ,do a reboot If you just bought today you need to contact your reseller
