HDMI 2.0 and Dolby 5.1 audio.

I don't have my new Buzz XPL3000 yet but wondering if someone might be able to answer a question for me? This HDMI 2 as listed in the spec for the XPL3000 if I plug this into my surround system by way of the HDMI cable, will this still support Dolby5.1 throughout the surround system say watching an IPTV service like OK2 and a HD channel with a show you know is in Dolby 5.1 audio. For my IKS Dreamlink-HD receiver I was always hooked to my Surround via the S/Pdif and that worked perfectly.

I should clarify that my Sony STR-DG710 surround amp/receiver is HDMI equipped, but just wonder if this HDMI-2 has some incompatible audio thingys that won't work on older (8 years old I think)surrounds.
