Mac address problem

Hello
I need some help, I bought a 3 month donation from ipguys.in, the donation expire now I want ipguys but with romie not ipguys.in. So I bought ipguys from romie but he email me back and says my previous provider has to delete my Mac address so that he can connect me.
I emailed ipguys 2 or 3 times already at xxxxxxxxxxx. asking them to delete my Mac address I even texted them 3 times to delete my Mac address but have not gotten any response from them. It's been more then a couple days now, I already have paid for ipguys from romie and cannot use the service.
If anyone has a solution please let me know.

you should delete the live link in your post

if you want to use the same box your only solution is to get your previous provider to release your mac
i am assuming you are using a mag box
if you have stb emu on an android box
or a buzz box you can change your mac to a new one

Sorry to hear that....from what I hear your previous IPTV provider is a bit of a xxxxx. I hope he has the guts to release your MAC address.

I was told you can have more than one portal on mag boxes. So why do you still need to release the Mac address? Anyone knows?

you cant activate the same service from 2 different suppliers on on mac

the mac has to be free to move panels

Well any reseller can email them to have it freed if there a good reseller

Your mag has 2 different mac addresses one for etherenet and the other for wifi.

Tbird I have ok2, bought it from romie.
Runamok I have the original mag 254 not w1 or w2 and also I don't have a wifi antenna because Ethernet is the best way to use IPTV.
The only reason why I bought from ipguys.in was because i thought it was ipguys official website.

i know they said before that expired mac addresses will auto delete off the main panel but i dont know how long you have to wait
