If you are using AVR with FSEC you need to switch to port 40500
PORTS FOR FTAS ONLY
40000
20000
65000
if you have questions I am here to help you
Than you

I am doing copy paste
Thank you Jedi for the explanation
the Dishnet receivers that are using fsec do not broadcast the channel number (SID) when they request a control word from the server unlike the FTA receivers - when they connect to the load balancer to request a control word they provide the SID.
If the load balancer knows the channel number it knows exactly which card server to send the request to. If the load balancer doesn't know the SID - it has no idea which card server to send it to - it will just keep going until it finds a card server that can provide the control words for that ECM.
The Load Balancer acts as a traffic cop. A single card server can only provide about 20 control words every 15 seconds - so you need about 5 card servers to provide service for about 100 different channels. Not all of the cards may have identical subscriptions - instead of buying America's Everything package for every account - it is cheaper to buy say America's Top 200 or lesser packages for some of the cards. Also only 1 or 2 of the cards may have a Hindi subscription, maybe 2 or 3 for Arab, 1 for Urdu and so on.
It would look pretty suspicious if you put Hindi, Arab, Urdu, Greek, Punjabi, etc....Adult channels, America's Everything on every account. When you set up the Load Balancer - you tell it which card has the Hindi channels, which have Arab, which have Adult, which one has HBO, which one has Urdu and so on.
So if I want to watch Playboy and have an FTA receiver that broadcasts the SID (channel number) saying I want to watch Playboy - the load balancer knows exactly which card server to request the control words from. If I have a Dishnet receiver and want to watch Playboy - the load balancer sees SID 00 and has no idea what channel I want to watch - so it doens't know which card server to request the control words from - this drags down the performance of the load balancer and card servers.
Most people set up their load balancer to ignore SID 00 requests - but it is still traffic coming into the server. The Dishnet receiver has to hope that some FTA receiver also wants to watch Playboy - if it does then the FTA receiver will get the control word and put it in the cache. The load balancer will see that the Dishnet receiver's ECM is identical to one that it has in its cache memory and send it to the Dishnet receiver.
So Dishnet receivers have to rely on the cache to obtain its control words. If it wants to watch a channel that is not in the cache - they can't watch it - whereas if it is an FTA receiver the load balancer will go find the control words from one of the card servers.
It looks like this service is using port 40500 as a cache only server - it has no connection to the card servers - it only provides control words to what is available in the cache. If it is not in the cache - then you are SOL
The other ports have a connection to the card servers - the load balancer will first look at the cache to see if the control words are there - if not then it will send it to one of the card servers to get it and save it to cache for other receivers to use.
The cache server will have fewer channels available than those connected to card servers.
