I'm trying to uninstall YouTube, quick support,DTV player , Netflix but every time when I restart the box install them back ,is there a way how to get rid of them?

I can uninstall without being signed into google

Signed into Google? I would disable Google play store and then delete it in device settings.

I did that but everytime I restart the box it's installing those apps that comes with the box ,but if I'm logged in to google play doesn't do that anymore.

I am not sure if google play has anything to do with it. The same was happening to me and I disabled auto update for a while.
Then after enabling it again, those apps did not install.
