Hi there my friend had crown IPTV on his receiver and it just ended he wants to go to ok2 but when trying to set it up it is saying This MAC Address already exists as device. How does one get this to work doe she need it to be removed from Crown Tv how long does this usually take thnks.

That means it's already on the ok2 panel

its been deleted from panel
