Blocked access

I am wondering if anybody here is having the same problem I am having. I have been having problems trying to access this site. I have tried on 4 different browsers. I can g**gle and find the site. But when I try and open the web page the browsers all come back with the same message. Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.
After downloading "T*R" I can open the web page and log in. I don't know if my ISP is blocking me or if it is another problem. Any ideas and comments would be welcome.

I believe access is restricted to NA so if using a von from other areas it might restrict

just tried from united kingdom and had to click I'm not a robot to open page

Yes I am in north America.Canada. I first had the problem using windows 7. I am typing this on a laptop using windows 10 now. Defender is disabled on windows 7 and windows10. So I dont think that is the problem. Also like I said above I have tried several different browsers. The T*R browser is the only one that lets me get to the site. On both Windows 7 and 10. As you are aware browsing on T*R is a little more anonymous. I am leaning to an ISP block. I am pretty savy with programming and software and I can usually find a way around things but what bothers me is that there may be other users out there who have tried to gain access to this site and gave up. I don't know for sure and maybe somebody here does but N**S sent me a email changing their websites earlier last week. Were they blocked. This is a great site and I hate to see members blocked by their ISP's. Perhaps if any members here from Canada....particularly Ontario could respond that would be awesome.

ya CIK blocks or throttles certain sites as well
not sure why this site though seeing as it's verified by COMODO CA Limited

I have been with this ISP for several years and its the first time I have experienced this. Blocking. The throttling thing is standard with most of the ISP's. It gets busy they slow things down.
