most common problems are the following ::
loose connections eg: make sure all coax & hdmi connections are tight & or secure ........ from dish , to stb ......
wind moved dish ...
something is the line of sight of the dish & is being blocked
bad LNB(s)
coax cable is bad or damaged
switch blew ...
diseqc blew ....

91=1
82=2
or
119=1
110=2

the switch is built into the head of the LNB ....... if you replace the LNB you replace the switch ......... " if " thats the problem .......... who installed your dish ?

Even with the dish not pointing at a satellite you should still see some sort of signal (S) on the receiver, the LNB does not shut down when the satellite signal is lost.
There is still an RF signal coming down the coax from the LNB.
If you do not have any type of "S" indication then the LNB is dead, disconnected or receiver's DC power to the LNB is gone, this could be a receiver problem, or a coax/LNB problem.
If you don't know how to trouble shoot this type of problem then it's best to hire someone that does, just don't contact Dish or Bell installers, it would have to be someone that installs FTA receivers.
You also mentioned that your looking at 110/119, and have been for a year, could it be that your IKS provider membership/donation has expired or the provider has gone belly up? If this is possible then I can't help you with that part, I'm just a hardware guy.

I bet your power supply is toast, that will give you bad or no signal . if your box was working fine before and just puked out . do you have another power supply or a friend that has one to swap out and try.

If you have a twin LNB and the switch is built in, what is the LNB type? It should be set to OSC-DP.

is this the LNB head you're talking about ::: beefcake :::::: im pretty sure this is ....... please let me know if i am wrong ........ see photo below
https://www.satfix.to/attachment.php?attachmentid=27015&d=1517283433
you understand how confusing you are ........ see you say legacy twin ...... that could be a single with one connection ........... & have two them " singles with 1 connection " ...... & use a hose clamp ....... with a yoke
Sorry but i have my diseqc switch ste that way i can't find the ports thanks
i thought you were using two singles .... running two wires to both 119 & 110 ......... the switch part through me off .......... first no diseqc switch & now one show's up ......:noidea:
please respond to the next person who signs on ........
oh & here is the manual for your lnb & dish ..
https://www.satfix.to/attachment.php?attachmentid=27010&d=1517258104 .......... please use dish pointer ....... not the zip codes in the back ..........

It also possible that the receiver no longer is powering the lnb's. If you can use a VOM check for voltage on the coax 18vdc or so. If you can get another receiver to try as well .
