If the re-seller was an honest guy and paid the server owner the fees for 3 months then your neighbour shouldn't have anything to worry about. If he didn't pay the owner of the server then unfortunately he will be shut down.
As DU said - it has nothing to do with this site - the Admins here have no power over the re-sellers other than to ban them if they see a problem.

As long as he paid the server for his credits and kept his panel up to date there should be no issues
If it expires the mac will have to be deleted so they can find another seller

"most" but not all panels will release the mac address of an expired account after a set amount of time has passed. each server is different but time could be anywhere from 1-3 months of an account being expired before it is remove from the server

So if a reseller panel was purchased from the banned member, there should be nothing to worry about? Hope this isnt a hijack as it is kinda on the same page as the original post and didnt want to make another thread......If it is, sorry....

If the banned member had a Super Panel - then he could make reseller panels for others - but they would be under his Super Panel - so you'd have to go back to him to buy more credits.
If it was OK2 - then herkimerjerkimer could probably work his wonders - if not then you'd probably have to start a new reseller panel from someone else.
