wont connect

My brothers limesat ultra V 2 wont connect to server.Was there a issue with port problems.It connected to satb but now he is tryin to connect to sat9182

Go back in and check everything typed in each setup line (user, server name etc.). Limesat was notorious for not starting in the first character spot & would jump to the # 2 position.

He said he did that a few times already. I dont know what to tell him already, Maybe a factory reset would do the trick

If he has his info in slot 1, shut that slot off and enter in slot # 2. Make sure the rest of the slots are shutoff.

Is he getting connected to his own internet?

Yes he is getting connected to his internet. I will go check it out on the weekend to see what is going on.Thanks
