avatar won't take

Hello

i have an avatar I thought I would post, but I don't think it is taking. I got it from free avatars .c?m and save to my flash drive. Went to control panel and can see it in my edit profile picture.

Any ideas?

I just found it when I click on my user name, but how do you get it to show all the time? Also can iI add any text to it?

There is a maximum file size for the avatar..
I believe it is 125 by 125 pixels or 43 KB..If its bigger it wont be accepted by the site..
