Because 1 have a Mag 254. Maybe this is the wrong forum just need opinions on this.

Throughout this thread it has been stated which devices will and will not work. With the buzz devices you are safe, just plug and play, the mag 254 device will not be compatible.

4 pages thus far emphasizing the opinions you need. If you are reading a thread for the first time always start from page 1 and go up, unless you know a bit of what is being discussed then start from page 1.

My opinion on your query, is that the buzz is compatible (without) added equipment....... The mag254 will not work, ok2 will not show on the Mag254, the Mag254 will not work for ok2, the buzz device will work, whether XPL2000 or xpl3000 versions. The buzz rocks on OK2, OK2 rocks on the buzz..... Get a buzz!!!!

My tv does not support HDMI with audio that is the problem. I can hook up SPDIF to my stereo which unfortunately Buzz does not have.

Does the Buzz not come with the mini rca audio/video cable?That will give you at least 2.0 sound if you hook that to your stereo.

spdif on dreamlink formuler z7+. A few glitches but IPTV works really well.

The BUZZ 3000 did come with the cable, then the cable was not included (but still listed it on the box... and BUZZ will not ship you out a cable if it was not packaged with it) then the latest version of the 3000 the jack is no longer on the back of the unit.
