Hey guys,

My XPL3000 got bricked about 2 weeks ago and with the guidance of "nobodyspecial" I was able to put in request for an RMA. Once I went through the necessary troubleshooting process provided by the buzz team, which didn't solve this particular issue, I was sent a replacement.

Shipping was very fast, received in about 2 days and was provided with tracking information.

Upon receiving I disposed of my bricked buzz and immediately began to enjoy my new buzz unit.

Big thanks to the buzz team and to nobodyspecial for his guidance throughout the process.

Gotta love when a company stands behind there products and makes a customer happy.
Nice to hear nobodyspecial helped you to..that don't surprise me.

the buzz team went out of their way on this one.Usually they need the bricked unit back but Maestros location made the shipping costs ludicrous!!
