IKS 110, 119,118,129W Service

I live in the country and no high speed Internet. I have dishes pointed to the 110.119, and 118W. Does anyone know any reliable IKS running at the moment. Please help me get this going. Thank you. If some information cannot be shared on this forum please PM me and I will be obliged.
