i am using ok2 on my samsung tv cant get any canadian channels at all shows not supported lots of freezing and try lots of other channels and most are black very disapponited about the service as i was told this was the best service

Server is working as expected on this end. Problem is probably with the h265 codec, which your TV probably does NOT support. The Montreal channels have been h265 for quite a while now, and others are slowly being migrated.
A cheap android box (S905X based) will certainly handle it better than your TV.

I don't know why people keep buying "smart" tvs. They are anything but "smart", and typically have barely enough power to handle their built in apps. An external box is more flexible, more powerful, and when technology changes, you can just change a $50-$100 box, instead of changing the whole TV.

only the french channels and some vod are 265
Fine tuning the main server and then fixing guide first

Samsung Smart TV update locks out my Android box.
One box hangs on boot the other boots, shows logo then goes black, TV shows 'No source'
They work fine on other TV sets.
