How to reload portal

Great box , i been testing over a week now.

Sometime i need to reload portal and only way to reload by rebooting box .

How can we reload portal easy way ?

what happens when you select live tv?

nothing it goes back to channel where i was even on main menu when u press live tv It doesn't reload.
I even try clicking on the buzz app in the Market it still dosn't reload only way it is rebooting box.

after setting then what ? hit connect ? if so i tired that it doesn't reload

thank u for all your suggestion. but when u go into server all you see is server no option to reload the server . it just going to same channel when you hit connect. it is not reloading.

when you reboot the box then it does reload. Like i said as of right now you can't reload portal only way is rebooting.

Team need to add this option into menu so ppl have easy and fast access instead of rebooting box every time.

Box is great just giving them a suggestion to look into it.

Try rebooting box and then connect you will see what i mean.

There is a power button on the bottom right hand side, next to the "brush" in the home page ...

Click on that button and find "stand by" --- "reboot" --- "power off"

then went to settings/server and clicked connect

If I reboot from off of the power button, the portal reloads anew and the message says "channels reloading" and goes to home screen

If I go to server, and click connect , it connects to server but doesn't reload the chennels

In order to take advantage of any changes to the channels or additions to new movies from OK2 , it's best to reboot from of off the power
button

Good to know you know what i meant. Thats what i was talking about they need to add that option reload portal in the menu. rebooting every time it an't fast enough

for me i have to do that sometime coz my channel line up will get messed up. it will only show channel number no names.
so in order to fix that problem i have to re connect to server.

reload portal option is good to have. it just your re connecting fresh with the server. back in days with fta we use to do hard reboot and it use to fix bunch of problems. Team need to add reload portal option in the menu
