Avov Online+ vs Mag254

Would there be any difference in picture quality with Avov Online+ vs Mag254 box on a server? girlfriend has the mag box, and the picture for basketball is terrible compared to Iks, would the Avov Online+ be any better, I own one but don't use it, or are both units a little to old compared, to current units; like the Buzz XPL 3000 or Dreamlink T2?

Is it worth setting up an Avov TvOnline box then? A buddy gave me one to see if it still works (with OK2). I was gonna tell him just to get a buzz3000 if he wants tv back.

You can't go wrong with a Buzz 3000..
Very nice little unit, pretty much a computer you can do just about anything with it!
And looks Great on the Big screen..
You will not be Disappointed!!!

I already have 3 running here and they are amazing. Like I said, a buddy asked me if I could get his avov working or should he just get the 3000. Ive never ran an Avov box before but I know they are on their way out like the 250 and 254.

to answer your question with out just up selling the buzz

the avov should work with the h264 if your trying to save money at the moment
but it is an older box, i never liked it when i had it.

but as they keep saying the buzz xpl 3000 is a good box but the most important part is its true they are still giving it great support and that is what is important

the dreamlink t2 or there formuler z7+ will work too i have never tried them but im just saying buzz is not the only toy out there.

So the older AVOV boxes are still working, I gave my old one, to someone to sue, but she says it no longer works, is there and update? I purchased this probably 3 years ago, the redish looking unit.

In my opinion you won't see much difference in picture quality between an Avov or a MAG254 - I have several of both and really can't tell which I'm using.
The service you purchase is going to make a difference.

I prefer the MAG254 for one of the services that I am using - it has over 8,000 channels and for some reason the Avov locks up after a few minutes of use.

I love my Buzz box and it is the only box I recommend to my friends now.
