MAC already exists?

I just opened up a new buzz box and tried to use the mac for ok2 service and it says the mac already exists? Am I doing something wrong or did someone change their box addy and it just happens to be what this one is straight out of the package?

I had similar problem with a friends box just contact someone from Ok2 and ask them to reset the mac id and all should be good.

I actually just figured out how to change it. Did that and all is good. Just weird how that happened.......What are the odds...lol

I am running into something similar I switched my MAG 254 sub to a Buzz3000 just turned it on and it say Sub Expired. I am still running my MAG with some other subs. Is possible it could cause this?

I changed the last digit of the MAC addy on the box from a B to an 8 so at least it looks similar and saved it. At least its close to what the addy is on the bottom of the box....lol
