every year they go thru this stupidness of not burying their cables, "cost to much" so every year electricians get big $$ to to put it back in place, and all those costs are then put on the rate payers bills, meanwhile you wait for days or weeks to get power back unless you are one that went out and got your own generator and then pay out of your own pocket to keep that going. its little wonder that those poles break with all the weight they bear, then to there are 2 police vehicles setting there idling blocking the street when they could be getting donuts & coffee, what a mess
