IPTV is easier to do and doesn't require an ugly ass dish on the side of the house.
IKS requires a satellite dish and receiver along with internet connection, IPTV does not require a satellite but does need internet connection and receiver. The channels available are also different and you have access to a library of movies in IPTV that does not exist on IKS. IKS is on its way out where as IPTV is the new kid on the block.
