Hi everyone,

I’ve been having issues with the cursor disappearing in buzztv after a few days of use. At first, I thought it was caused by the wireless keyboard I bought to use with it but the problem reoccured after I took the keyboard USB out.

I have to unplug the Android for a minute or two for the cursor to reappear.

I changed the remote settings to « on » but that didn’t solde the problem. Had an update on buzztv and still that issue isn’t fixed.

Any idea? I got rid of some dowloaded games... could it be caused by Google Play Games app? Doesn’t sound right.

That's the thing: I have to unplug once a week. I'm happy to see that some of you had the same issue... not that I wish you misfortune but I was wondering if I had a bad unit.

I'll uninstall Google Play this week-end to see if that fixes it. It has to be a conflict with an app. I know it's not the wireless keyboard cause it happened again after I removed it. Can't think of anything else.

In terrariumtv go to settings and make sure you have the box checked for android tv mode you won’t have to ever use the cursor again

I keep loosing my curser on my remote but when I use my Bluetooth keyboard device it works great. I normally unplug the Bluetooth device when using the remote.

I need the cursor in some instances but I’ll try that. Thanks.

Unfortunately, Terrarium takes me out of settings three seconds later so I can’t check it out. Got a message to « press allow to get permission » but I don’t see allow anywhere.

Haven’t lost the cursor in more than a week so I’ll reinstall the wireless keyboard and see how it goes.
